What you'll work on

Agentic AI Systems

Multi-agent orchestration pipelines using CrewAI, AutoGen, and n8n.

LLM Applications

Production LLM integrations with hallucination detection and structured logging.

RAG Pipelines

End-to-end retrieval-augmented generation with vector search (Pinecone, Qdrant).

Speech AI

Vocal fatigue scoring, speaker verification, and audio embedding systems.

MLOps

Containerization, CI/CD, cloud deployment, and production monitoring.

Production Deployment

FastAPI, Docker, and GitHub Actions — real infrastructure, not toy servers.

Requirements

We care more about how you think than how many frameworks you know. The list below is a floor, not a ceiling.

  • Python

    Comfortable writing clean, well-structured Python.

  • ML fundamentals

Understanding of core machine learning concepts and common architectures.

  • Git & GitHub

Branching, PRs, commit discipline — collaborative workflow.

  • Problem-solving mindset

Able to debug independently and read documentation.

  • Strong learning orientation

You want to get better, not just get through tasks.

What you get

The things that actually matter when you need to prove yourself to the next team.

  • Mentorship

Direct, weekly access to the lab founder — not a ticket queue.

  • Real projects

Code that ships to real users: libraries on PyPI, APIs in production, papers under review.

  • Open-source credit

Your name on contributions — GitHub history, model cards, library changelogs.

  • Research exposure

Potential co-authorship on lab publications if your contribution reaches that level.

  • Certificate of completion

Issued at the end — but the GitHub history is the real proof.

Selection process

Five steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Apply

Submit the application form — 10 minutes, honest answers.

  2. 02

    Review

We read every application and reply within one week.

  3. 03

    Assessment

A short technical task relevant to actual lab work.

  4. 04

    Interview

A direct conversation with the lab founder about your goals and the work.

  5. 05

    Selection

Scope, timeline, and start date agreed. No trailing paperwork.
